Park fees are charged correctly for the road route – you pass through the Ngorongoro area on the way in and again on the way out – and they are all included.

Park fees explained
Park fees explained
We quote foreign non-resident rates with 18% VAT. Road safaris to the Serengeti cross the Ngorongoro Conservation Area on the way in and out, so the Ngorongoro fee is paid twice, plus the Serengeti fee for each 24 hours and $295 per vehicle to descend into the crater. All of this is already in your price.
