Group Bookings & Split Payments

Travelling with friends or family? Our prices are per person and get lower as your group grows, because you share the vehicle, guide and fixed park costs.

Option 1: one person pays for everyone

  1. Open the trip and choose your Group size (1, 2, 3–4 or 5–6 travellers) and Stay level.
  2. Set the quantity to the number of travellers.
  3. Enter your start date, add any comments or changes you would like, and check out.

Option 2: each traveller pays their own share

  1. Agree a group name with your friends, for example “Smith family Oct 2027”.
  2. Each person opens the same trip, chooses the same group size and stay level, sets quantity to 1 and types the group name.
  3. We match the bookings and confirm everyone by email within 24 hours.

Option 3: pay in 2 or 3 instalments

Ask for a payment plan on our Plan your trip page or by WhatsApp. We email each invoice with a secure payment link:

  • 2 payments: 30% to confirm, the balance 60 days before arrival.
  • 3 payments: 30% to confirm, 35% about 4 months before, 35% 60 days before arrival.

Book ahead

Please book safaris, climbs and packages at least 21 days before the start date, and day trips at least 3 days before. Groups need even more preparation, so earlier is better. Later bookings are welcome, but at short notice we cannot guarantee availability or every detail.
