Terms:

1. Impact African Safari is a tour company based in Tanzania that provides guided safaris and tours to various destinations in Tanzania and East Africa.
2. The company offers a range of tour packages that include wildlife safaris, cultural tours, beach holidays, mountain climbing expeditions, and more.
3. All tour packages are customizable to suit clients' specific needs and preferences. 
4. The company provides experienced and knowledgeable tour guides passionate about wildlife conservation and local cultures. 
5. All bookings require a deposit payment of 30% of the total tour cost to secure the reservation. 
6. The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or any other factors beyond its control. 
7. Clients are required to have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates as required by the Tanzanian government and other countries they may be visiting. 
8. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or injury or illness that may occur during the tour. 
9. Clients must adhere to the company's code of conduct, which includes respecting local cultures, wildlife, and the environment. 
10. The company operates by Tanzanian laws and regulations.

Conditions:

1. All tour packages are subject to availability and can be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary of a tour if it deems it necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of clients.
3. Clients are required to inform the company of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in the tour. 
4. The company does not provide travel insurance, and clients are advised to obtain their insurance before traveling. 
5. The company is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of flights, trains, or other modes of transport that may affect the tour itinerary. 
6. Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes in the tour itinerary caused by their actions or decisions. 
7. The company reserves the right to refuse service to any client who fails to comply with its code of conduct or poses a threat to the safety of other clients or staff. 
8. The company is not liable for any expenses incurred by clients before or after the tour, including flights, accommodation, and meals. 
9. Any disputes arising from the tour will be resolved through arbitration by Tanzanian laws. 
10. The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
