Karibu! Every trip we run is co-created with you. The itineraries on our site are starting points – we can change the days, the pace, the lodges and the activities until the trip fits you perfectly.
How it works
- Tell us your ideas using the form below, or message us on WhatsApp.
- We send a first itinerary and price within 24 hours – day by day, with where you sleep and what is included.
- We shape it together by email, WhatsApp or a video call. Change anything, as many times as you like.
- Book with confidence – pay in full, or in 2 or 3 instalments. We email each invoice with a secure payment link.
Plan ahead for the best trip
- Safaris, Kilimanjaro climbs and packages: book at least 21 days before you start.
- Day trips: book at least 3 days before.
Good preparation is what makes a quality trip – vehicles, guides, park permits, lodges and village hosts all need to be arranged. Later bookings are welcome and we will always try, but at short notice we cannot guarantee availability or every detail.
Payment plans
- Pay in full online or by invoice.
- 2 payments: 30% to confirm your trip, the balance 60 days before you arrive.
- 3 payments: 30% to confirm, 35% about 4 months before, and the final 35% 60 days before you arrive.
